• We prepare each order within 3 to 5 business days. It ships with tracking from our partner warehouse overseas, and most orders arrive 10 to 17 business days after you order.
• Shipping is free to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.
• Every pillow comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. You pay the postage to send it back. If it arrives damaged or faulty, we replace or refund it and you don't need to send it back.
