How do I charge it?
With the USB cable in the box. Charge it fully before first use, on a hard surface, never under a blanket or pillow.
How does Napewell work?
Three things at once: heat relaxes tight muscles, vibrating nodules ease stiff, knotted spots, and air cushions lift your neck into a gentle stretch. Together: temporary relief of minor neck aches and pains.
How long should I use it?
Start with 5 to 10 minutes, then about 15. Once a day is plenty. Turn it off before you sleep.
Is it hard? Will it fit me?
The roll is slow-rebound memory foam with a soft contour, and the head cushion is a separate piece. Set the air lift to whatever feels right.
How strong are the vibration and the lift?
Soothing, with several speeds, not a hard deep-tissue massage. The air lift is adjustable, from light to a fuller stretch.
Can I fall asleep on it?
Rest on it in bed, but turn the heat off before you sleep. Some people find a neck roll too firm for a whole night.
Where does it ship from, and how long does it take?
Orders ship from our partner warehouse overseas with tracking and arrive in 10 to 17 business days. If an order is late, you can cancel for a full refund.
Who is Napewell for?
Anyone whose neck and shoulders are stiff and sore by evening, especially after desk, laptop or phone time. Not for you if you want deep-tissue massage, have an injury or a medical condition (see a professional first), or want the heat on all night.
Is it OK for me?
Ask your doctor first if you have diabetes, nerve damage or reduced feeling, are pregnant, or have a pacemaker or other implant. Adults only. Stop if you feel any discomfort.
Can I give it as a gift?
Yes. The 30-day return covers gifts: the person who received it can send it back, and we refund the buyer.
Can I use it sitting up, in a chair or in the car?
No. It's made for lying back: in bed, on the sofa or on the floor.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the cover with a damp cloth and let it dry. Never put it in water or the washing machine.
