1. About these terms

These terms apply when you visit this website (napewell.com) or buy from Napewell ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them. Our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these terms.

2. Using your Napewell pillow

Napewell is a comfort and relaxation product for adults, used lying down. It is not a medical device and is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please read the manual before first use and follow it.

  • Talk to your doctor before use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, have a neck or spine injury, poor circulation, numbness, diabetes, or skin that is sensitive to heat.
  • Keep a layer of cloth between the heat and your skin, and stop if your skin turns red, sore or numb.
  • Turn it off before you sleep. Don't use it on children, or on anyone who can't feel heat or switch it off themselves.
  • Charge it only with the cable in the box, on a hard surface, never under a blanket or pillow. Stop using it if it swells, smells or gets very hot.

3. Orders and prices

All prices are in US dollars. Bundle savings are applied automatically at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price on the site was wrong, the item is out of stock, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, our 30-day money-back guarantee and how to return an item are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

6. Our responsibility

We stand behind the guarantees in our Refund Policy. Apart from those, and to the extent the law allows, the products are provided as they are, and we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for problems caused by using the product in a way the manual or these terms advise against. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that can't be limited.

7. Website content

The text, photos, videos and design on this website belong to Napewell or are used with permission. Please don't copy them without asking.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
